About you

Support at this property is provided by Civic Disability Services Ltd.

At this home, support is available in several ways, 24 hours a day, day only, evening only, or through onsite shared support.

Tenants have the flexibility to bring their own core supports if they wish. While funding for active overnight support isn’t required, residents will have a voice in choosing who provides onsite overnight assistance.

The onsite shared support provider is appointed and reviewed through a tenant-led process, allowing residents to collectively select and manage their preferred provider. This collaborative approach ensures that everyone’s needs are met. Tenants typically provide feedback and vote on their provider each year, with the option to make changes if the current service isn’t the right fit.
